I've been using Brett for a couple of months now and I have found that the shoulder problems I had before do not trouble me anymore. Being a Professional boxer takes a toll on my body and I find it absolutely necessary that I receive my treatment on a regular basis, to maintain and perform at a high level. Also handy in knowing that Brett is qualified in nutrition doesn't hurt either (killing two birds with one stone) definitely helps when I have to cut weight before a fight.

I am finally starting to feel healthy after 39 years
I was introduced to Brett from entire fitness approximately 12 months ago. I was speaking to some friends of mine, in the fight and fitness seen, stating that I needed some guidance in what way to achieve what I want.
I have spoken to a lot of people, and always received wish wash results. I decided to try this path of personal trainer (PT as the trade say. Lol ) and see how I would go for a few lessons. Brett arrived at my house on a Friday night approximately 6pm, we first discussed what I wanted to achieve, and what goals I have set for myself, and what he offers. I was impressed after our discussion, but being a person who only trust’s myself, I said let’s try a few lessons first.
The lesson was amazing, his skills, his watchful eye, his professionalism of taking you to your point of fitness, but not braking your muscles, was great. We finished our lesson, had a discussion and a laugh, then I instantly booked him for once a week. After approximately a month I could feel in myself, how sharp my boxing was becoming, and how much more endurance I had. I believe my speed had increased double, and my power was out of control. Not from doing massive weights, purely from better technique.
My wife Nadine, was feeling tired and unfit, and I kept telling her to have a lesson with Brett. Her response was “ I have been to gyms, and if you’re not one of the elite people, they all snigger behind your back” . So I made a deal with her that if Brett did not show professional effects, I would stop my lesson. Within one lessons, she was already negotiating with me on how and what days she should be doing her second lesson a week. She felt better, she was happier, and he was teaching her how to punch like a demon.
Nadine was so impressed with how professional Brett was, she referred her sister to him, for a muscle massages. Her sister had pulled her back out, and could not even bend, she had been to a chiropractor with no joy. So she tried Brett, one lesson, perfect. What the girls like about Brett, is basically he is amazing on what he does, and he is not some pervert, being weird.
I am now 39 years old, I punch harder in my fighting then I ever have. My speed and accuracy is amazing. I can run 10 kms not a problem, and I use to hate running ( you always hate something you cannot do). I basically feel better now than when I was 20. I am not some fat Dad that you see, just drinking beer. Brett helped me with my fitness, massaged me when I had problems, helped me with my diet. .
